Major scope refinements from the original DISCOVERY: docs and ai-sessions move to the doc site repo (not just mirrored), two-layer config system eliminates hardcoded paths, folder restructure groups repos under D:\purlshq-dev.

Two-layer config system added (workspace.json + project.json)
Folder restructure to D:\purlshq-dev\ (was D:\scaffolder-engine\ at drive root)
Frontmatter: add YAML title above existing headers (no format change)
ai-sessions render on site (private, no exclusion needed)

Issues encountered

File destroyed by write_file when only header needed changing (SPEC v0.4 status update). Restored immediately. Memory edit added to prevent recurrence.
