Context
Section titled “Context”Plane integration has been abandoned — we are not using Plane. All Plane-specific feature issues are stale and should be closed as not_planned. #332 is a subset of #331 (both about removing approval enforcement) — close as duplicate. Several surviving open issues were created without labels — fix that too.
Rules for Harley
